Are your products suitable for suede shoes?

Yes, our products can indeed be used on suede. The "Renew" product is a universal cleaner that works on all materials. Each bottle comes with a QR code; scanning it will give you access to detailed instructions customized based on the material and its colors.

How many pairs can one bottle clean?

Depending on how dirty the shoes are and whether you clean them all at once or over time, one bottle can clean between 7 and 30 pairs.

What makes your product different from those found in standard stores?

Are there any stores that sell your products?

For the moment, we are only distributed in stores in Strasbourg, but we hope to expand across France and be available in as many stores and supermarkets as possible.

For the restoration service, can we send you our shoes?

Yes, you also have the option to send us your shoes via delivery services.

Are the customizations/restorations water-resistant?

We use varnishes that protect our paint jobs and customizations against water, impacts, and scratches.

Do you have a physical store in France?

Unfortunately, we do not have a store at this time, but we hope to open one or more in France in the near future.
